well im a procrastinator so were more then a month into the summer so shoot me. (I plan on this only being read by future Erik so while I will try to limit the spelling/grmatical errors for reading sake, i wont try too hard because I have only myself to impressive....I hope) so anywhere here they are
physicals goals/reason for this blog
whiten teeth
1 brush teen three times a day for at least two minutes
2 flosh once a day
3 rinse at least once a day
4 look into using a whitening product (start by using your sister's supply then see if you can find your own tooth whitening)
acne (especially back)
5 get an hour a day outside without a shirt on, also helps get a tan (or as good of a one as you can get)
6 use some short of acne wash on face and back twice a day (currently clearicell that is like five years old, then use up proactive)
hair
7 look into hair treatment products
excercise/overall body
8 run five days a week
9 20 push ups and fourty shitups twice a day increasing by five every week
10 t90 x workout plan (still have to buy)
11 drink lots of water (to quanify later)
12 tennis once a week (steve, leon,Brandon, Hannah, Amy?)
13 weight every thursday
as you can see (yes you Erik) I love lists so here are some more goals
1 make 2000 dollars for college
2 cancel all on going subscriptions (two online easy, post office hard)
3 get new cash card
4 call about job
5 list books online in two different places
okay thats all the lists I have for today

5 no still recovering from weird stomach sickness
6 yes plus clearicell afterwards overnight

still recovering from sickness, well see if I remember to check in every day and update on my progress
